Eligibility Criteria for
UPSC Recruitment 2016-17:
Educational Qualification:
For
Public Prosecutor - Candidate should possess Degree in law from a recognized
university & seven year practice in bar council for criminal cases.
For
Assistant Public Prosecutor - Candidate should possess Degree in law from a
recognized university.
For
Commercial Tax Officer – Candidate should be Graduate preferably in Commerce or
Economics from recognized university.
Maximum Age: As on 27.10.2016
For
Public Prosecutor - 35 years
For
Assistant Public Prosecutor - 30 years
For
Commercial Tax Officer – 33 years
Relaxation in Upper Age
Limit:
For
OBC Candidates - 3 years
For
SC/ST Candidates - 5 years
For
PH Candidates - 10 years
Selection Procedure: Selection will be based on
Recruitment Test & Interview.
Application Fee: The candidates will be
required to pay Rs. 25/- either towards application fee by depositing the cash
into any branch of SBI or pay by using visa/master credit/debit card or internet
banking facility of the SBI. SC/ST/PH/Women candidates are exempted from
payment of fee.
